My boys and I had an hour to kill before a Dr. appt in Paramus. They wanted bagels and Sam’s came up on Google Maps with good reviews. I was not familiar with the area but took a chance. My kids loved their bagels and I had a veggie omelette that was good and not greasy at all (huge plus). Great spot to grab a sandwich or eggs.

The service is quick, ice coffee is great (ice cubes are coffee so coffee doesn’t get diluted) , and bagels are soft! I had a bacon, egg and cheese and it was delicious! The staff is very polite and nice.

I’ve been stopping here for years… family run and the people are really nice. Bagels are decent and the breakfast sandwiches are excellent and priced right.
